Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. We are PCI compliant and never store your card details. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never passes through or resides on SwiftTag infrastructure.

Refund & Credit Policy

24-Hour Cooling Off. You may request a full refund on any credit pack within 24 hours of purchase, provided zero (0) credits from that pack have been used.

No-Refund Threshold. Once you have performed an AI analysis using credits from a purchased pack, that pack is no longer eligible for a full refund. This is due to the non-recoverable costs of AI processing, which are incurred at the time of use.

Credit Expiry. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. You may use your credits at your own pace.

How to Request. For refund requests, email sandun@swifttag.ai with your Transaction ID. We will process eligible requests promptly.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee (such as fit for purpose) or constitutes a major failure, you may have additional remedies. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concerns.

AI Disclosure

We use Google Gemini for visual analysis to generate metadata for your images. Your images are NOT used for model training. Google does not use your content to train or improve its models.

Retention Policy

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour. Generated metadata is stored permanently in Supabase so you can access export history and re-download CSV exports from your account.

Cookie Policy

We use essential cookies for authentication (including Magic Links for passwordless sign-in) and session persistence. By using SwiftTag, you consent to these essential cookies.

User Responsibility (Human-in-the-Loop)

While SwiftTag uses advanced AI to generate metadata, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all titles, descriptions, and keywords before using them commercially or uploading them to stock agencies. Always check the output before submission.

AI Disclaimer

AI is probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate results or "hallucinate" content. We provide SwiftTag "as-is" and do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the generated metadata. Use your own judgment.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your original images and the generated metadata once you download them. We do not claim any rights to your work.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use SwiftTag for illegal images, harassment, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, depicts illegal activity, or violates the terms of any stock agency you intend to use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (including for users in Queensland), our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of SwiftTag is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
